Mess With My Ho, You Gotta Go

For Zimos’ assassination target Clovis, you will need to take a vehicle to one of the two Rim Jobs car mechanic shops located within the Camano Place district of Steelport. Once there, you will have to purchase some sort of customization or upgrade to add onto the vehicle you are driving or one of the ones currently stored in your garage to make Clovis spawn. Keep in mind that modifying your car by removing upgrades or body parts does not count, you actually have to spend some money on one of these upgrades, so try to find something cheap or something you really want for one of your vehicles.

Upon purchasing an upgrade, leave the car mechanic screen and you should find that Clovis has spawned somewhere nearby, potentially in one of the neighboring districts, which means you’ll have to go driving a little bit more to find him. He’ll be standing around with his shades, leather jacket, tattooed arms, and a sub-machine gun, so be prepared for some return fire. Also note that although the Rim Jobs clerks have a tendency to use the same character model as Clovis, they will probably not count towards this activity. You have to whack the one with the target icon above his head.
