This hit for Mrs. Vandergriff is a bit out of the ordinary for the assassin target activities in Saints Row The Third, both in terms of the concept and method to go about completing this. First things first is to grab a vehicle and travel over to the bridge marked on your map in Loren Square. There are no special tasks you need to undertake to make Harry spawn and he should appear as soon as you are near the bridge in question.

You will find your target standing on the walkway to the side of the bridge surrounded by police officers. Contrary to the attached message, there does not seem to be any rush for hitting this target before he jumps, as there is no timer and he just seems to sit there. You will need to exit your vehicle and walk up to the target, laying into him with whatever ranged weapon you like to take Harry down. Once you attack the target, also note that the police officers surrounding him will start to fire on you too, which means bringing a good weapon will be worthwhile as you’ll need to down the five of them as well. On the bright side, you shouldn’t receive any wanted level for killing those officers specifically, as they don’t seem to count as regular police in game.
