Your first step as always is to travel to your designated area, this time being the district of Yearwood in Steelport, making sure to bring some decent weaponry that will be effective against vehicles. Once you are anywhere within the district you can open up your phone book, look at your contacts lists and find a special entry for this activity only marked Pizzeria.

Call up the Pizzeria when you are ready to discover who is the true culprit behind the pizza inaccuracies, the ditsy phone clerk who seems to be working part-time off the set of the Jersey Shore. Either way, your job is still to kill the delivery guy Danny, which ends up being a trap as soon as the call is finished. You will find that 4 cars all marked with targets will show up at your location. All you need to do is try not to get run over while systematically destroying all four cars, or just the drivers inside of them, as long as the delivery guys are killed.
