Michael: Got Pulled Over Again

This guide will cover the Michael “Got Pulled Over Again” assassination target, given to the player by the contact Kinzie, within the video game Saints Row: The Third, covering everything you need to know to complete this hit.

Target: Michael

Contact: Kinzie

Subject: Got Pulled Over Again… 🙁

Location: Ashwood

Cash: $2,500

Respect: 250

Message: “Michael is a former DA who now works for the Deckers. He’s not only totally crooked, he pretty much wrote the book on identity protection. I have a copy, it’s not bad actually… I know he drives to work, so I’m thinking you can grab a police car and pull him over somewhere in Ashwood.”

Got Pulled Over Again… 🙁

Michael is a rather straightforward Assassination target initially, with a bit of a twist at the end. Your first step is to go find a Peacemaker cop car, which should be relatively easy considering the relative abundance in Steelport. If you really have trouble finding one, you can always bring one to you by raising your wanted level, but try to lose your wanted level before taking part in the actual hit unless you feel like the extra challenge in doing so is entertaining. Try to also bring an upgraded weapon you can fire from your care, like the fully upgraded 45 Shepard (best bet) as things get a bit tricky later on.

Once you arrive in Ashwood, you will be given a target marker and see Michael driving around aimlessly through the district and slow speed. Next, you will need to go catch up to him, at first with the intention of pulling him over, however once close enough, you will be notified of a rival hit-man trying to take out your target. Once the rival hit-man shows up, Michael will start to speed up, and now you’ll have to take out your target before the rival can. If you brought a powerful enough weapon and even some homies to ride along, you should have little problem gunning him down in the car as the target’s vehicle is rather weak. Optionally, you may try to take out the rival hit-man first, but I found this to be unnecessary.
