Act IV People Lore Book Achievement Guide
This guide will cover where players can find all of the People Lore Books that need to be found in Act IV of the video game Diablo 3 for the Know It All achievement. There are 8 books to find in the group altogether, spread through various locals, which provide lore on the game’s characters.

1. Burial Wishes
As soon as you start Act IV with the quest Fall of the High Heavens, teleport back to town, into Bastion’s Keep and head north from the way point. You will find the corpse of a lady dressed in blue, named Martha. Search the body for this journal for the Act IV, Know It All achievement in Diablo III, to fall out.

2. The Angiris Council
This is the first journal to pop out of the Angiris Archives and Angiris Emissaries (in the hell rift areas, that look like impaled angels) that litter many of the regions of Act IV. Generally, it seems as though it doesn’t matter which archive is used, you will always get the next journal you’ll need. For this reason, it is not too important where the archive is found, optionally picking a spot that’s easy to make a new game from and farming it repeatedly for the journals you need.
In particular, this journal and those below, seem to come from the archives in the Gardens of Hope levels.

3. Archangel Auriel, the Aspect of Hope
The fourth journal to come out of the various repositories in the Gardens of Hope, this next part covers Auriel who is essentially the literal embodiment of hope in the world, with her capture by the forces of hell actually ceasing the ability for others to experience the emotion. This is witnessed by talking to the game characters before and after her rescue, noticing the vast differences that are shown in their attitudes.

4. Archangel Imperius, the Aspect of Valor
Always the second journal to fall out of the same cluster of containers, that provides the journals on the Angiris Council and its members. Imperius is the war general/head Archangel of the council and is the same Archangel you find wielding the spear in the game and cinematic cutscenes.

5. Archangel Itherael, the Aspect of Fate
Journal #3 to come out of the Angiris Archives/Angiris Emissaries. This journal covers Ithareal, explaining his position as the all knowing, teller of the future, member of the council.

6. Archangel Malthael, the Aspect of Wisdom
The fifth and second to last of the Angiris Council series of journals covers Malthael who used to be the aspect of wisdom in the group, however disappeared shortly after the destruction of the worldstone and hasn’t been seen since. His departure has left a noticeable and unrepairable impact on the council.

7. Archangel Tyrael, the Aspect of Justice
This is the final journal to fall out of the Angiris Archives or Emissaries, at least while The Light of Hope is still active, covering our friend Tyrael and his purpose on the council. The People Lore Book even explains that his position of the Aspect of Justice is partly what makes him inclined to play such a large role in the nephalem’s struggles.

8. Izual’s Descent
While playing through the story, you will eventually reach the quest Prime Evil, passing through the Silver Spire 1 before reaching the Great Span where you must fight the sub-boss Izual. After defeating him in the fight, you will automatically unlock this journal entry without picking up an actual book of any kind.
